In addition to regular updates being made to the property database it is often necessary for the site to have changes made to its content and, as with the property database, this can all be managed through the control panel. Pages can be updated using a simple WYSIWYG interface which makes altering page formatting and adding images as simple as working with typical word processing software.

The ‘Investments’ section of the site is managed slightly differently with each investment being managed individually even though several appear on the page at any one time. Investments are directly linked to individual properties from the property database which makes it possible to automatically retrieve details such as price and location without typing them out again.
