Freeform Anti-Spam User Guide

Installation

• Upload the freeform_antispam folder to /system/expressionengine/third_party.
• Enable the Freeform Anti-Spam extension.
• Modify the FAS extension settings to suit your preferences.
• Do not use a honeypot field name that clashes with any of your Freeform field names. Seriously.

Optional Extras

• Register a Project Honeypot account for access to the http:BL (free). Once you’ve done that, enter your new http:BL access key in the FAS extension settings.
• Install Omnilog (also free) to take advantage of FAS’ logging features.
